Consulting Radiologists Corporation has a billing office to assist with insurance filing and any questions you may have regarding your insurance and your bill.

The billing office may be reached by phone at (419) 473-8100. Their hours are 8:00 AM -4:00 PM Monday-Friday. The billing office is located at 2658 Laskey Rd., Toledo, OH 43613

For exams done at our outpatient imaging center, patients will receive one bill that includes both the technical and interpretive charges.

Precertification Policy

As a service to our patients, referring physicians and their staff, we will assist with the precertification (pre-approval) process of exams when possible. However, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to know what their insurance not only will cover, but what approval is needed from the insurance before having the exam.

Self-Pay Pollicy

As a service to our patients, exams that are paid for on the day of the exam will receive a 40% discount. Cash, checks and credit cards accepted.
